Overview
A Traffic Control Person (TCP), also known as a Flag Person or Signaller, is a competent person who posses the knowledge, experience, and training to perform traffic control and flagging duties at a worksite. This training is based on the NWT/NU Code of Practice and covers roles and responsibilities, clothing, accessories, and PPE for various conditions, traffic control equipment, directions, configurations, radio communications, emergency preparation and response.
