Overview
Advanced Food Safety is designed for managers, head chefs, menu planners, and individuals responsible for food orders. Training builds on the Basic Food Safety Training program, adding Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point training to design, implement, and maintain safe food flow systems. Arctic Response is accredited through TrainCan to deliver Advanced Food Safety.
